Looking for a UK HTTP Proxy
 
Any suggestions?

I'm trying to watch BBC iplayer content, and I'm looking for a free HTTP or SOCKS proxy in the UK.
I've found several VPNs in the UK, but all charge a monthly fee, and this is not an option because I'm only testing the BBC site.
