I Keep Getting this in my Yahoo Mail
 

I suspect it's some form of virus, I just delete them when they show up. Just wanted to pass this along in case anyone see's it again.

on the From Line it reads: ohhycahbifem2
on teh subject line it read: [kvcdtemplates]Great New Site


Just watch for the From Line and you can tell it's not from anyone coneected to the KVCD site.

i HATE spammers, that's why I use this ;) : www.mailwasher.net
I used to get about 10 E-Mails about "Penis enlargements" every day :!:

Why not put it on your "blocked list"?

Most good email programs have a way to block email, that way you will never see it again.

You mean, you didn't try one yet ??

I still get them from time to time. Now, when some of them come with the
"unregister" link, it doesn't work. And, there is no way to contact those
peoples from taking you off their list. I think its a gimic (an excuse, if they
get caught) that "we didn't know the link was falled up" or some argument
like that. Very sneaky.

Sometime ago, a member started a kvcd chat group in Yahoo, and a couple of months ago, I wanted to become a member of such chat group and enlisted in it. After a couple of days I received an e-mail from one of the ex-members stating that due to lack of posters, such chat group no longer existed; and a week or two ago, I started receiving the same e-mails that you are talking about. I usually delete these type of e-mails, but opened the first one because it had the ".kvcd" on it. I do not remember if there was a virus or not, but am not openening them any more, and I do not want to send them an e-mail to delete my name from their list, sometimes that in itself is a problem...............Now I delete such e-mails without openeing them........

Those Yahoo groups get spammed all the time. They're easy to spot because the subject is always something like Great new site or Check this out and the sender is random generated, ie: from: YSJFDNBDJ

I had to change my e-mail address because I started getting ~100 junk mails/day
