Creating voice chat messaging

@Anyone,

I want to create an instant messaging group where we can speak to
each other in conference style with just a picture being displayed.
Security is a very high priority and user id's and passwords are
a must. Some users have low-end computers with 233mhz CPU
with 64MB of RAM. So, the messinging must be able to handle this.
We have meetings once a month and most would liked the idea
of meeting via over the internet. If anyone has suggestions,
please post them :) I was wondering if a private P2P would do
the job if configured propertly. :)

Thanks

@All,

Just found "Vedos Voice Video Chat" which seems promising.
Requirements are Win 95/98SE/2K/Nt 4/XP. Min CPU 133mhz,
RAM 64MB and Headset with microphone and speakers. I just
downloaded a trial version good for only 2 connected
users. If anyone has used this software, please post :)
BTW, checked on "SKYPE" and the system requirements are
too high, i.e. must have Win 2000 or XP, CPU 400mhz or higher,
128MB or higher Ram, DSL line recommended, but POTS
could be used. :)
