Best TMPGEnc settings for converting VCD to KVCD?

I've done all of the steps at http://www.kvcd.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2223 , but when it comes down to the VFAPI plug-in settings I am a little lost. If I only select ReadAVS.dll (as it states), then I can't load an MPG file to encode from.

I mostly want to encode from VCD-ready MPG files to KVCD, so I need to know the settings for that. I might encode from AVI and WAV sets on the odd occasion too, so if someone can also advise me of the VFAPI plug-in settings for that then I would be grateful.

The readavs plugin is for avs files that is using avisynth scripts.

For Vcd to kvcd use the V4 script by Dialhot and change the souce line to
DirecyShowSource("cd.mpg").killaudio()

Even if it is NOT recommanded, if you really want to read you mpeg into tmpgenc, activate the mpeg handler. It is in the VFAPI plugin, just read all the entries you'll foudn it :!:
