Hello fellas another basic question i don't understand

If i want to do dvd and use packshot to do the video but still want audio to be ac3 i don't know how to join the video and audio(ac3)

Also if you choose audio in packshot as 5.1 is there any difference than choosing no audio and just using the ac3 from dvd decrypter?

Main thing is how to join the video and ac3 audio

thanx

Hi bigggt,

Just mux the video and the ac3 file with Mplex
Mux as ~DVD, as seen on the options for muxing.

There is no need to mux and that is even a bad idea as all authoring program start by demux the files if they are muxed !

So don't bother, authoring programs take m2v + ac3 separately.

That's because the default extension is .mp2
Type *.ac3 in the file name input field, and then you'll see it

@Phil,

Yes, you are correct. Most programs will take video and audio separate.
