I capture NTSC off-air in AVI I_O and then render in Tmpgeng to KVCD. I notice that this new template has an odd resolution. Do you recommend its use with full-frame video? What frame rate should I capture at?

I haven't tried capturing at this resolution yet. Can't answer that yet!
