Bitrates: CalcuMatic, mux overhead function?

I was wondering about the mux overhead function. I'm encoding a dvd to vcd, should i use the vcd/svcd mux overhead? What difference does it make, i didn't use it, i left it on the defaults.

Yes you should and the only diff is that you won't be disapointed with a video "too big for some MB to fit on the CD".

These options just take in account the muxing and authoring (either VCD or DVD) take some precious MB. The default does not take this in account.
