KVCD: What template should I use?

I am not sure what template I should use in TMPGEnc.

Resolution: 576x240
Duration: 139 min
Bit Rate: 158kbps
Audio: MPEG Layer-3
Framerate: 25 frames/sec
Data Rate: 120kbps
Video sample rate: 120 bit
Video Compression: XVID

Thanks in advance

I would first try 352x576, and it all depends on the quality of your source. If it's pristine, then that resolution will work fine.
But the playtime of that movie is pretty long, and because your source is DivX, there are compression artifacts, and I would just encode 352x288 to guarantee that it will fit on one CD with good quality.
But first, try small samples at 352x576, with file size prediction so you can tell how the final encode will look like.
Also if you have DivX questions, there's a forum here specifically for DivX. XviD related questions.
