MencodeME Small file size KSVCD

is it possible, regardless of the quality loss, but is it possible to let mencode me come up with a small MB file instead of a big one. for example if i were to encode a BIG vob and i want the file size to be less then 600 MB without the audio. how would i manage to do that ?

Mencoder is definitely NOT the encoder to use for a KVCD (for a low bitrate target if you prefer). That is probably why you don't find any option for taht in mencoderme :-)

TMPGENC with ULBR (ultra low bitrate) template. And use a custom size in CQMatic to find the correct CQ for your wanted size.
