Convert SKVCD to KVCD?

so, i downloaded a video in SKVCD format, my DVD player doesnt play SKVCD, how do i change from SKVCD to KVCD? sorry if this has been asked before..im a n00b, and i tried to search for it, didnt find anything.

Well I will think that your material is not copyrighted and for that I will answer your question.

If you have a mpg, you can burn it as VCD. If it don't work, demultiplex it, mux it again as VCD, and burn it as VCD. Make your tests in a CDRW. If nothing of this work, you will need to reencode it.
