vcd non standard
 
I've searched but could'nt find the settings used by BBmpeg for a non standard VCD, i used TMPGEnc but caused problems so i thought i'd learn how to mux vcd non standard using bbmpeg

Just these settings plus pad VCD audio (not marked in picture). Authoring software as VCDEasy ask you for audio padded, then mark it.
Important: Forced Mux Rate = 0 always.

In General Settings you can set start time = 0, end time = 99999, and file size max = 798.
Save all these settings as default or whatever name you want.
You don't need any other setting to mux VCD standard or not. When you burn it with Nero, just set non standard in Nero.
