I'm using makeavis so I can encode my script for use with mencode, but I get the error "Gripcrop: could not save target frame size as varibles". What do I have to change in the script?

MakeAvis don't supports Gripcrop, use instead Bicubic or Lanczos resize.

Thanks. I tried bicubic and when I start mencode I get:

Code:
New_Face failed. Maybe the font path is wrong.
Please supply the text font file (~/.mplayer/subfont.ttf).
subtitle font: load_sub_face failed.

This means that maybe you are doing a FPS (29.97 to 23.976 or to 25) change. Are you using MencodeMe or Mencoder.exe?

I switched to 25 fps and it seems to be working. I'm using mencoder me. Does that matter?
