V4 optimal template - convert movies with great quality?
 
Hi Phil

I know the second blockbuster line is for movies with not so great quality but what does it do to movies with great quality

in short

why is it not used all the time :D

Because it increases the size of the encoded file by several percent (5% is common) and does not change the quality of the result (in bad or good).

The idea of a script is to give the most compressibility for the best quality. There is no real interrest in having a line that just lower the compressibilty :-).
