You can't burn an .m2v with Nero (or any other program).
Your file MUST be .mpg, and not simply renamed, but actually must contain audio+video.

Actually you can multiplex m2v file without audio, and you will obtain a mpeg file ready to be burned.
With bbmpeg uncheck, in general settings, multiplex audio, in input and output files tab only choice your m2v, in program stream settings check VCD or SVCD what you are testing. OK and start and you will obtain a mpeg file.
This file is called a program stream, but without audio. Usually program streams have video+audio.
m2v is a video stream.
mp2 is an audio stream.

That's the same thing as having an audio stream.
It's a silent channel, but it's still a valid audio stream
What I meant was that it's impossible to burn a .mpg, if it's not a valid "System" stream.

Hey Kwag what do you mean that the mpg file must have video and audio because the 1 i have has video but the audio is in the other m2v file or what ever . The error i get with nero is it is invalid because of stream encoding and other stuff.

I know that you know that Karl. The explanation was for smarty...
You can see that him don't understand yet.

Smarty: Please, read another posts, not only Kwag' ones. I answered what you need to do to obtain your video+audio mpg (bbmpeg).
