I have a KVCD that has 2 audio tracks, one French and one English. It there any way I can remove the French audio track before I burn it??

Yes, but you'll have to demux the streams, and remux the video and English track to a new mpeg file. Then you can burn it :)

1 - If you don't have CD room issues you don't have withdraw french audio.
2 - If you still want to keep only english track, demux mpg file with TMPGEnc mpeg tools, then select video stream and english audio stream and remux it again with same tools or with bbmpeg.
