Kwag, are your matrices created for low bitrate encodes? I was wondering whether they would be useful in some low bitrate SVCDs or are they just working well in your templates

Hi Boulder,

The matrix was created and tuned on TMPEG. I never tested it on any other encoder. I never tried it on CCE, because CCE doesn't allow long GOP's, so it would never achieve the small file size that we get encoding with TMPEG.
