MovieStacker: various Round To settings are for what?
 
Could someone please explain to me what the various Round To settings are for, and how to determine what settings are optimal for a given source material? I've read you want to minimize the Error %, but i'm not certain of the specifics. Furthermore, when should I leave ITU-R BT checked vs. unchecked? Thanks.
