What is the last updated KVCD guide?

i understand that the guide in kvcd.net main page are old, im looking for that last updated Divx/Xvid to KVCD/KSVCD guide in english.

The last guide is one that describe how to use Diko. You can find it in a sticky post in Diko section.

Else you have a fully illustrated guide in french.

all i found is a guide to covert to KDVD, im looking for KVCD guide, anyone know one ?
