Best KVCD settings for Black and white movies?

I have a movie black and white in avi and i want to convert it to kvcd.
the movie has a los of noises that i dont know naming them, are dots and small lines that appear and desappear.

my question: what filter must i apply to remove them??

I have applied the script v4 of dialhot.

Removedot and/or RemoveGrain ?
