ffmpegX: How do you burn the KVCD?

Using ffmpegx, I've encoded my movie file using the KVCD preset.

It's now given me three files - One has a .mpeg extension, the other a .m1v, and then an mp2 audio file.

According to the ffmpegx faq, I should also have .bin and .cue files, but those aren't showning up anywhere -- There as also no magnifying glass icon, as was promised.

Does anyone know what can be done with the three files I've ended up with? Is there a complete breakdown for doing this on this app with a Mac?

Any help would be appreciated, as always.

You are correct, this is what I use:

on the options tab, right side bottom portion "AUTHOR AS" and select your flavor "Bin/Cue"

I then use FireStarter FX (Shareware @ versiontracker.com) to overburn and burn one step and fast to CDR

P.S. I have not yet been successful at the authoring auto completing after encoding; I usually have to use the tools and use author to bin/ cue once done. I think it is a bug
