TMPGEnc: Setting Suggestions for AIW 7500 captures?
 
Okay I captured tv using AIW 7500 at mpeg 2 with 4.0 CBR. I would do Huffy but I believe that Windows 98 SE has a limit for file size. In any case. I set my the BR for the KVCD template (352x240) to 80 but I get blockiness. The source file is good with no blockiness. Any suggestions. And my I suggest a settings forum. Thanks
