Why bbmpg stops in 98%?

i have tried to multiplex my movie with ac3 audio but, problem is at i always get error message in 98 or 97 %. it said "unable to write output file" so what should i do now?

Dialhot 10-04-2004 08:53 AM

Check the free space on your disc :-)
And more resiously, fix the ac3 file with ac3fix.

hakk 10-04-2004 09:14 AM

i have 6 gb free space there.
where i can get that ac3fix?
i get ac3fix gui but it won't fix anything.

Dialhot 10-04-2004 09:30 AM

Note: why do you want to mux with ac3 ? If you plan to do a DVD, a lot of authoring program do not need to have muxed streams as source. So this step is not necessary.

hakk 10-04-2004 09:47 AM

i try to convert my movie.avi to dvdr with DIKO, but diko always encode just half of that movie. so i have mpg file what is 2,6gb even it should be almoust 4gb. mpv file is correctly right size, meen that 4gb. thats why i think i have to mux those files. and i just want to keep those 5.1 suond on it.=)

Dialhot 10-04-2004 09:52 AM

#1 As Diko fails then your source probably have a problem. That is why ac3fix should improve things. But you said you already used it on the ac3 file ?

#2 As diko failed then you will need to author the DVD yourself, so as I said muxing is not necessary at all ! Just use an authoring program that you can feed with the mpv and ac3 files (DVDLabPro, TMTGENC DVD Author, DVDAuthor Gui ...)

that i get when i use diko.

Dialhot 10-04-2004 10:27 AM

I read all threads, you do not need to double post your log file ;-)

And where did you see I asked for it ? Diko fails so your source is somehow problematic. There is no other option.
Vmesquita is already answering to you on the original thread. Do you want to close the present one ?
