with every movie i've encoded so far i got
the same little problem - i cut the black
borders around the area containing the
actual film-pixels with TMPEG's 'clip-frame'
function and choose a proper video arrange
methode (e.g. center/keep aspect ratio).
everything looks fine on screen and later
on the encoded mpeg-file played with wmp.
but when i play the burned vcd (vcdeasy)
on my standalone (cyberhome ald52, the
video area is not centered on my tv-screen -
i got only a small black border on the
top and a much larger border at the bottom.
at the left end the right there are no borders.

i've tried a lot of combinations of templates/
source aspect/video aspect/video arrange methods yet.

so please someone can give me a hint to solve
this problem...

btw.: picture/audio(headac3he) quality considering
filesize are very impressive tnx kwag for his famous work

thanks in advance ***mfb***

Hi mfb,

Play with FitCD, and use an AviSynth script to process your video. With this method, your aspect will be correct every time.
