Yes it is. If you really want to check the A/R on your PC you must use a media player taht allows you for force the A/R to 4:3 (zoomplayer, bsplayer...)

You have to put true if the source is anamorphic and false if it is not !
That A/R of the source as NOTHING to do with the fact it is anamorphic.
Genrally (99% of times) Divx are NOT anamorphic, except if they were done by dumb monkeys that can't even understand how to ripp properly a DVD. But generally these sources a so bad that you won't use them
