TMPGEnc: what is the difference between MPEG-1 System and MPEG-1 VideoCD

I want to multiplex a kvcd with TMPGEnc and I want to know what is the difference between: MPEG-1 System(VBR) and MPEG-1 VideoCD(non Standard).

Thanks

In a quick and short explanation, VBR muxing has a different packet size and other small details than for VCD(XVCD) .
VBR mode is really usefull for streaming, and not for burning to (S)VCD format.

Trying to burn an MPEG-1 System VBR as a VCD will make the burning software pad information that will increase (a lot!) the size of your file and make you loose valuable space.
