NuEnc CQMatic version

NuEnc 0.01 (based on QuEnc by Nic) is out.

It can use CQ mode, so it would be great to have a CQMatic version for it.

Hi guys :),
Have you guys tried CQ mode in NuEnc yet?
I mean, I just gave it a try and I think that Peter still has some homework to do before we can say he has finished CQ implementation.
For instance peak bitrates do happen a lot and if you pay attention to the chosen Q for a given set of frames, it is much higher than the same done in VBR mode.
In such sense we're loosing a lot of quality and who knows compatibility with SAPs (peak bitrates) by using the current CQ mode.
I think it's still not worth to work on a CQMatic for NuEnc.
But I must add that I also will want a CQMatic release for NuEnc when it get's fixed
Cheers
