Hello.

For low resolutions 352 x 480/576 (and lower) but with a highish bitrate (2000 - 3000) would i benefit more with CCE or Tmpgenc?

DO not use CCE unless you are doing a DVD

I am making a DVD but using lower resolutions to fit more on a dvdr disc.
