Bitrates: CQMatic issue with just flickering, TmpgEnc then closing it

I have tried alot of things having to do with the Source range, but I dont get any errors, I just can't use CQMatic with it. I can manually encode the video at any CQ I like. Any ideas.

Here is my TmpgEnc file.

You have to reset the source range anytime before to save your script

Reset is not just to uncheck it, it is to enter in the source range setting, click on defaut, reset cut editing (in the dropdown menu on the bottom left), then exit from source range and uncheck it.

Is there anything you don't know the answer too?

Thanks again.

I am having the same problem but instead of clearing the source range, I start afresh.. load everyting back up.. use cq matic but I still have the same problem. tmgpenc flickers briefly and then creashes and the figures in the log is negatives
