A very good one, you can use Tylo's prediction method for OPV encodes and automatically do an additional VBR pass (or use ReJig to transcode) if the final size doesn't match the specified limits.

Accepts ecl files so no need for complex command lines - basically all you need is an ecl file where you've set everything to your taste and then run CCEFront with the parameter "-roba". The defaults can be set via the ini file or in the command line itself.
