Hi guys

I have a simple question about dvd shrink, when you use no compression do you loose any quality,i guess no but i have heard so many people at other forums but dvdshrink down so much saying that itsjust a transcoder.

i only ask because since its encoding the video(witout compession) i am not sure if it losses quality before i encode to kdvd

thanx

Hi bigggt,

If you set it to "No Compression", you get an exact copy. There's no transcoding at all. It just passes the video stream, untouched, to the output.
