KDVD: How to set Full screen (keep aspect ratio) as default?

Question 1:

I want to batch convert some 16:9 movies in TMPGEnc Plus.
How to set Full screen (keep aspect ratio) as default for "Video arrange Method" setting in MPEG setting - Advanced? The default now is Full screen with streched pic and I have to set it to "Full screen (keep aspect ratio) " for EVERY file for conversion.

Question 2:

I am using this template: KDVD Half D1 NTSC (http://www.kvcd.net/KDVD-352x480-Half-D1-_NTSC_.mcf)

After encoding I want to author it in MPGEnc DVD Author, but a message pops:

You cannot use 16:9 video aspect ratio for relolution 352 X 480. You can only use this aspect ratio ratio for :

704x480 720x480 (NTSC)
..............

The setting is put to "full screen" ON PURPOSE !
But if you insist to do silly things, simply change any settings you want to and click on the "save" button. Replace the original template if you are sure of your settings, or simply give it an other name.

 Don't blame KDVD for the pitty result you would have after that.

And the question is ?
Everything is clear in the message you receive. There is no workarround.
You must convert your anamorphic source into flat 4:3 one.

(note And stop double posts !)
