Sorry to say I have to raport the same problem as Icarus3000. playback stalls every 5 seconds with HCEncoded materials. SAP is SANSUI...dont remember the model and can't check right now. I'll add it later.

The stream is perfect SVCD on bitrate 300-2300. No spikes, no underruns, nothing. I have't been able to track the problem. QuEnc(2Pass), NuEnc, CCE and TMPGEnc encodes run just fine.

It's a shame. HCEncoder in nice piece on software
