Hi Wolfi,

Try encoding with TMPEG instead of CCE. See if you get the same error.

I've never had a sync issue with TMPEG. Usually audio/video sync issues are caused by mastering errors on media that throw off audio decoders, etc. As for quaity of CCE vs TMPEG, I choose TMPEG. Long time ago CCE had the edge. Not anymore. That's my opinion. Maybe there is a slight advantage on MPEG-2 with CCE. That's what they say. But I've done MPEG-2 with both encoders, and really I can't see a difference on a HDTV. On MPEG-1, CCE's quality is far cry from TMPEG.

Wolfi -

If you are using the templates that use MPEG-1 you must use TMPGEnc. Is much more simple to work, and the quality is very good, in my opinion better than CCE.
But if the templates use MEG2, then use CCE with multi-pass encoding, is fast and the quality is better.

Beware with CCE. You must patch it to correct CRC error ( at least with 2.50 version ).
