What switches must to use with DGDecode, as we used "cpu=4" with DVD2AVI.

OT
@Kwag: could you change the section name to DVD2AVI and DGIndex.

I already read the doc, but i don't know what switch to use.
I used always cpu=4 as optimal scripts here used it.

I mean i can read all doc again and still don't know what switch to use.

I use only cpu and idct (=7 in my cases). other switch are for interlaced sources if i'm not wrong.

Edit: there is also the upConv parameter that is new. Inc could probably tell more about that I think.

It's only used if you want MPEG2Source to output YUY2 IIRC.

(actually it can also be used to output RGB24 data)

It's useful for those colorspace conversions when you have interlaced material. By default (the iCC option alters this one) the conversion is done according to the PROGRESSIVE_FRAME flag so in theory it should always be accurate in deciding whether to use a method for progressive or interlaced data.

Send a message via ICQ to incredible
Its useful if you go straight from the mpeg2 resulting into a YUY2 colorspace for filter purposes i.e.

Im not shure if that color coefficient issue in here has been taken into account.
