Not able to open d2v from DGIndex in FitCD. Something I'm doing wrong?

Options:

a) get PARanoia -> more options like cropping manually, previewing resulted scripts etc. ect etc.

b) get latest FitCD which (imho) also supports newer Dgindex d2v file architectures.
