Frequent green displays with avs

I have been having green displays more frequently. Even though my starting display will be black but in previewing and encoding, it would turn green.

Any quick fix :?:

I have changed out my mpeg2dec.dll yesterday.

Do a file search for "mpeg2dec.dll" and delete them all. Re-install
mpeg2dec.dll. re-boot and try again to preview the video in
Tmpgenc. :) Also, you may have set macrovision off when you ripped
the vob's.
