Settings to use for MainConcept Encoder?

I've tried both tmpgenc and mainconcept. TMPgenc takes forever and is kind of blocky. Using mainconcept (and this page http://www.kvcd.net/portal/articles.php?lng=en&pg=20) I guess I missed some settings because when I played it on my standalone player it would play really slow in some scenes and lose sync with audio.

Is there a settings file to download somewhere for making a 352x240 KVCD with mainconcept encoder?

Welcome to the forum. All you need to know is in the forum.
Do a search.
Here people don't use mainconcept, it has several limitations, despite quality is good.

Is for version 1.4.1, 1.4.2 has some audio issues as you had.
