Files Need to be Formatted to KVCD?

Hi,

I was directed to Azureus by a friend of mine. I then downloaded a movie and it came in .bin and .cue format. I copied this to a cd-r but the quality is brutal. I then read some things in the forum KVCD group forum and it said the files need to be formatted to KCVD. I have no clue what any of this means and I've tried reading the guides but I am a total newbie in regards to this. The only thing I have ever done before was backup my originals using DVD decrypter or DVD shrink. I downloaded the trial version of UltraIso, but need help putting it all together. Please help!!!

You want to convert a crappy downloaded movies into a KVCD and hope it will become wonderfull ?

Sorry but no way.
No way the quality turns to great by miracle.
No way we help you doing such thing.

If you want to learn how to turn your own DVD in a KVCD that will be great then you reached the correct place.

Thanks for helping me clear that up. I do make backup copies of my movies through DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink and they turn out good. What are the benefits of turning them into KVCD format? Thanks for the help.

Hi 2BULLETS,

First, we're now mostly making KDVDs, because just about everyone now has a DVD burner, so KVCDs are for people who still want to burn their backups to one CD-R.
As for KDVD, you'll have the advantage of fitting (easily!) two movies on one DVD-R, and possibly three movies, and you'll get better quality than what you can put on one DVD with DVDShrink

I just wanted to thak you for helping me out. It is nice to see some people help out the newbie's because everyone was there at one time or another.
