Like that 1. When i converted it, it worked perfect on my pc, then somehow when i uploaded it, to that ftp it got kinda of messy . Now i deleted the original 1, that i had in my pc, the working one.

MY question is , if i redownload that file. is there anway i can fix it,

See for yourself. click on it, and it plays all weird

Could you just upload a smaller clip :!:
Because 150+MB is a little steep

You uploaded the file on a FTP server with what tool ?
By default, fpt clients send files in ASCII mode, not BINARY.
Your mpeg is screwed up for ever I fear !
