native Windows XP 64 bit mpeg2 encoder

Hello,

i have been searching around some time (via google, forums etc.) but couldn't get positive results.

I am searching for an native mpeg2 encoder for "Windows XP 64" .
Some encoders work, but in 32bit-mode and that's not what i am searching for.

I have installed avisynth64 and some 64bit filters. In VirtualDub64 i can watch them.

Does anybody know some ?

Never heard of a pure 64bit encoder, but it would be good to know, if any.

EDIT: Few things which i found

concept document

Windows 64bit encoder

TMPGEnc 3.0 XPress 64-bit (havent been able to confirm this, check with them, just read somewhere that it supports 64 bit)

I have read something about 64bit support of TMPEG Express too and i tried the latest trial from them.
Taskmanger still reports it as 32-bit application.

I actually can't understand, why not one company has released some 64bit mpeg-encoder, if you consider that release of windows xp 64 was some months ago.

Hopefully the whole situation will be better when vista 64bit will be released.

But thank you anyway.
Best regards
swr
