Your question has nothing to do with KVCD, and I'm not sure about what you call mp4 (h264 ou divx ?) but the best choice you have is probably CopyXToDvD (the output is a DVD, not Mpeg4 as you can guess).

Heym thanks for trying to to help. but i need the output to be mp4 not dvd, please try again

mp4 is like psp video format

Like theres a program called Total Video Convertor, which can convert to mp4 format. but it only converted 1 video file at a time. i would like a program , that can combine video clips into 1 mp4 clip

I hate to bump in on the conversation but MPEG-4 issues are not covered on this board.
That's what the disclaimer clearly states.
In here we convert X to KVCD/KDVD which only.
Unless those MP4s are captures but I'm quite sure that's hardly the case here.
Or am I wrong?

This site if for making MPEG1/2.
This forum section is for turning them into KVCD.

You should try again also :) (on doom9.org or perhaps vcdhelp.com also).

mp4 is a lot of different formats. It's just an extension like avi.
mp4 can be h264, x264, nero avc, 3ivx...

Edit: Just to tell that the last release of Super (edited yesterday) introduce a new joining feature. You should look at it.
