TMPGEnc: Codec problem, motion search precision

It's my first post in this forum and it's about some codec...
I encoded a small avi. file on 4mb to mpg. just to see what diffrent it would be if I set the " motion search precision " on Normal insead of Highest quality (very slow). So I encoded my clip and after I wile it was done... 8) The only thing left was to watch the clip just to see what different it would be BUT.... something wrong happened when I tryed to play the movie clip up with Windows Media Player This message came up:

The &€mà codec is required to play this file. To determine if this codec is available to download from the Web, click Web Help.

So I followed the instructions and clicked on Web help to download the &€mà codec BUT the page waänt avalibele... so I could'nt download the codec to watch the movie clip :(

So were can I get this codec 8O

Happy for all answers :D
