TMPGEnc: Divx Aspect Ratio Best in FitCD?

Hi

I have a Divx which is coded at 704x368 PAL (no borders), my TV is a 32'' (16:9) system, I have tried many setting but can't get the right aspect at the end.

What for setting would you do in FitCD and TmpgEnc ?

Here are the values that I got from FitCD when I forced the values of 704x360 as input.

BilinearResize(352,278,0,0,704,36

Try that.
