KVCD: Make Video Fill CD ?

I am converting a divx file using kvcd templates, because i don't have dvd-rom. I tried it once on the standard kvcd template, and the file size ended up around 350mb, and I wanted it to fill the cd. Then I tried the x2 template, and the same thing happened. It looks like garbage, but I know that's just because it's taking up so little space. how do i make it fill the cd?

I'm having sync probs with a movie, but thats down to the person who done the divx movie file, what should I do to get the sync back?

I have used vdub to seperate movie from audio and got the same reults, I have used a program called avi2wav and got the same results too.
