I've justed encoded Shrek with the foremention template ( ) and am very impressed with the results. . However, after the film was converted the file was reduced to ~480 Meg. This suggests that I have ~200 Meg spare (i'm using 800 Meg CDs). Since the sound of the movie doesn't seemed to have been compromised, this leaves the picture quality for improvements. What I would like to know is how can I tweak KWAGS template so I can increase the bitrate to improve the picture quality?

You could raise the cq and use the file prediction method to fit it perfectly. Or you can use a higher resolution template and adjust the cq.
