HC settings?

Ok usually I go the manual way converting using tmpgenc cqmatic calc etc... but I thought I would give this dvdreasy ago but am unsure what are the best settings in the HC settings part to use?

Hi,

The default setting for HC are the best settings for quality allong with "2 pass VBR Option"
