Encoding causes glitches on every scene

I bought Disney's "Cars" for my eldest son a coulple of days ago. The problem is that he likes to turn on the DVD by himself (even though he's not allowed to! ) and I'm afraid he will destroy the DVD. My thought was to make a backup of the movie that he could play that instead of the original disc. I ripped the DVD with DVDFab Decrypter with "Movie Only" and the second angle (Swedish angle) only. But when I try to encode the movie I get glitches on every scene which used to contain more than one angle (ILVU's?). How can I correct this? I've tried all encoding programs out there: DVD Shrink, DVD-RB you name it. I'm sure there must be a way to do what I want...

Tried to rip it with Ripit4me ?
DVDFabDecrypt probably badly managed the angles.

Can I select what angle to rip with RipIt4Me? Or do I have to fix that after the rip?

EDIT
These warnings show up when RI4M start DVD Decrypter:
W 23:08:40 Protected Sectors List Imported Successfully!
W 23:08:40 159 areas have been marked as 'suspect'.
W 23:08:40 Dummy sectors will be inserted where necessary.

Something to worry about?

The rip seems to be going fine. So far so good. :)

not at all, this is the wonderfull behind Ripit4me :D
These sectors are the Arcoss protection. The tool is simply... removing it

Excellent. It worked like a charm. Thanks a lot, Dialhot! :)
What do you recommend to encode the movie? I'm guessing DVD-RB is better than DVD Shrink, right?
If DVD-RB is recommended what encoder should I use? HC Encoder or CCE?
A lot of questions, I know...

Personnaly I :
- use shrink when compression is not under 80%. Depending on the source I keep the menu and in rare situation, some bonus. But I often take only the movie, with or without the end credits. The matter is : not under 80 %

- if I can't I use DVD-RB with CCE. As I have the pro version, I can choose to keep the menu or the bonus, but the free version does only full disc. As I really don't care about the bonus, I set the "half space and half size for bonus"

- Sometimes I even use shrink to extract the movie only but in "no compression" mode, and I use DVD-RB to compress the final result :).

Note: you can use HCenc, it is as good as CCE.
Note2 : I use 1-pass OPV grant to RB-OPT.
