KVCD: resolution block? 352x240 vs 720x480?

Hi everybody

Like resolution 700x480 when you maximize in the pc do not appear any blocks. But 352x240, if you maximize it, there will be blocks.

Is it the same thing in the tv, like when you watch a video in the tv is the same thing that watch a maximized video in the pc ?

Thanks!

On regular CRT tv, as they are analog and not numeric, the result is not blocky but less sharpen picture (more blur, as you whish).

On numeric TV like LCd or plasma, yes the result is the same.
