what tools to make a kvcd in pal format?

I have made kvcd before using acp but have been told to use tmpgenc as this is alot better.
Is there a updated guide to what tools i would need to make a kvcd in pal format. The tools i have so far are.
Tmpgenc Plus 2.521.58.169
K Lite Codec Pack 2.89 Full

You can start with Black Prince's guide :

(just use dgindex insteed of dvd2avi, as it is its successor).

Sorry but i think i should have asked this in the avi forum as i want to make a kvcd from a avi. I need to no what tools i would need or would the tools i got now be any good.

I guess that this is not a capture either. There are a lot of guides in the avi -> kvcd section, you can peak up the one you want. There is nothing really new in that domain.

Tou don't need other things than CQMatic, tmpgenc and avisynth. The versions you have are good enought.
