AVI to KVCD Guide Problem - tmpgenc configuration?

Hi
I'm trying to follow a Updated AVI to KVCD Guide, only I've got to the part where it says open the AviT.avs with TMPGE as soon as I try to do that a message comes up "The image is invalid" This is what I have in my AviT.avs:

LoadPlugin("C:\Documents and Settings\John\Desktop\KVCD\BlockBuster.dll")
LoadPlugin("C:\Documents and Settings\John\Desktop\KVCD\Deen.dll")
LoadPlugin("C:\Documents and Settings\John\Desktop\KVCD\Undot.dll")

AviSource("F:\A Warrior's Journey Bruce Lee\A Warriors Journey.avi",false)
LanczosResize(352,240,0,0,512,384)
BlindPP(cpu=4)
Blockbuster(method="noise",detail_min=1,detail_max =3,variance=0.1,seed=1) Deen()
Undot()
Blockbuster(method="noise",detail_min=1,detail_max =10,variance=0.3,seed=5623)
ConvertToYV12()

If anyone can steer me in the right direction I would appreciate it very much, but please remember I am very new to this, that is why I'm using a guide. Many thanks

Nevertheless your problem seems to be a bad tmpgenc configuration (not abble to handle avs script -> look for readAVS on the site).
